Progress Data Cloud weekly maintenance schedule:

On Tuesday and Thursday of each week between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 am (UTC) Progress reserves the right to perform minor updates that ensure the continued reliable operation of the service.

During this maintenance window minor updates to the cloud software or environment may be made resulting in a brief outage.

Note on January 13 Release:
Please be aware that this update may introduce a breaking change for those using the PDC API with the Content-Type: application/JSON header. Error responses will now return JSON instead of free-form text, and this applies only to error return values.

We will be performing infrastructure updates on Tuesday, January 13th, which are essential to maintaining and improving the reliability of our services. During this maintenance window, there will be a brief service interruption while systems are restarted.

Service restarts are taking longer some tenancies may experience extended outages. we are working diligently to resolve remaining tasks.
